Retained support services are a means for our Information Management (IM) clients to closely manage professional services or projects cost effectively through a pre-established monthly fee. What We Do

Our retained support provides you with information professionals at a fraction of the cost of an employee, bridging the gap between staff overload and hiring.

Cadence Group offers a range  of Information Management services on a retainer basis. Support is tailored specifically to your current staffing and business objectives.  With this arrangement, you can access  high-level experts when you need them.   Our retained support service can  dynamically enhance your team’s performance.

We can work on site or remotely, providing cost savings while  improving efficiency and supplementing capabilities. Clients find that they can focus on  their core competencies , secure with the knowledge that our team is handling their other critical issues.

How We Do It

Rest assured knowing that you have trusted and reliable information management team that  you can call on when you need help with your website, answering records management questions, library organization,  research, or on site support.

Retainer Agreement Types:

Recurring Pre-scheduled Visits: Recurrent pre-scheduled onsite visits are a good choice for on-site client support and maintenance, or  non-urgent projects. A four hour minimum is required.

Block of Time: A “Block of Time” arrangement is ideal  for projects.  Unused hours can be allocated  toward on-going user support. Blocks of time are priced  at a discount with a minimum of 16 hours per month required.
