Cadence Group provides onsite staff to a public health office to develop, maintain, update, and improve their website and Intranet.

The Cadence Group staff performs ongoing daily maintenance of the site, posting updated and/or expanded content, updating links, and creating all graphics. Cadence Group staff reviews that content to ensure web compliance and mitigate legal risk, adhering to all agency-wide web and communications policies such as overseeing annual updates on all published content, as well as all federal web and communications policies such as full adherence to 508 compliance.

To expand the office’s reach and create interaction with its audience, Cadence Group a) utilizes tools such as WordPress and GovDelivery to produce an interactive Blog and an E-Newsletter with an e-mail bulletin for each issue, and b) develops Features for the website of the agency above it by including widgets, Facebook, and Twitter feed.

The Cadence Group staff monitors and reports on web metrics and advises the office management on tools, trends and progress to expand viewership across a wider audience.

Development includes:  content research, website statistical usage analysis, 508 compliant website, some JavaScript and HTML coding, basic graphic design, and converting/editing multimedia for web delivery, and web clearance administration tasks. Cadence Group also works to answer, file and manage all incoming public inquires, and assists in creating presentations and print materials as needed.
