Cadence Group provided management and staffing for the enterprise-wide information management solution for this telecommunications leader for 5 years. The knowledge resource center was a virtual knowledge repository storing aggregated content from multiple external content vendors, internal research and analysis, as well as of proprietary documents. Cadence Group developed strategic plans and managed the technology solution, communications, training, and day-to-day operations for the knowledge resource center.

Cadence Group provided extensive information technology services consisting of web and application design and development; taxonomy and business rules implementation for improved browse and search capabilities; systems and database administration; and maintenance of the application and supporting databases. The knowledge resource center was built on a web server platform using Java, JavaScript and a database backend of Oracle.

Since the merger with another telecommunications leader, Cadence Group continues to staff and manage the legal library.
