Cadence Group provided management and staffing for the enterprise-wide information management solution for this telecommunications leader for 5 years. The knowledge resource center was a virtual knowledge repository storing aggregated content from multiple external content vendors, internal research and analysis, as well as of proprietary documents. Cadence Group developed strategic plans and managed the technology solution, communications, training, and day-to-day operations for the knowledge resource center.
Since the merger with another telecommunications leader, Cadence Group continues to staff and manage the legal library.
