Cadence Group performed a massive records inventory project for a biomedical and pharmaceutical company. The ultimate goal was to help the company identify and destroy expired records while minimizing and balancing both cost and risk. With cartons stored in multiple locations around the country, Cadence Group built an inventory management and triage plan that implemented low cost cleanup techniques while protecting critical records and delivered significant ROI in future years.  The Project Analysis and Planning Phase included:
