Cadence Group is looking for someone who can drive compliance with paper and electronic records practices. This person will train and lead employees in effective RM practices, records retention, inventory, classification, etc. They will consistently evaluate and respond to evolving business, legal and historical needs impacting records. They will also identify, classify and assign retention value to company records. This person will need to be more than task oriented, they need to be able to take things to the next level and have lots of initiative/self starter. No one will directly report to this person. Good Project Management experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred. Medical, dental, 401K match, vision, sick and holiday.
