Cadence Group is a consulting firm looking for Senior Practice Partners to join a dynamic and rapidly growing team in the Washington DC market. This person will perform as a senior records management consultant responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as, delivering expert services to our clients. Expert service includes:
- Assessments and recommendations in support of agencies’ records management strategies and business processes related to the use and reuse of information.
- Responsible for the development of new records management solutions that address the user requirements and apply cost effective and efficient technologies and processes.
- Perform systems design and guidelines for content, as appropriate, based on access requirements, operational priorities, and budget.
- Development of information access strategies for complex environments including electronic content, paper records, archival material and databases.
- Performs Project Management responsibilities including scope, time, cost, quality, integration, risk and communication management.
Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge of the principals and practices of paper and electronic records management
- Ability to organize workload effectively to meet deadlines
- Minimum six (6) years experience with records management (including tools, policies and practices)
- Strong customer, verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office
- Master’s degree in computer science, library or information science. Equivalent experience in place of degree is acceptable
- CRM a plus
