Intuitive, accomplished salesperson with consultative sales experience in the information services/knowledge management field needed for the Cadence Group marketing & sales team. Candidates must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a team environment. Duties include:

• Call on Fortune 1000 companies and law firms to create sales leads for Cadence Group’s services.
• Develop creative approaches to uncover new prospects and develop leads (e.g., developing alliances and partnerships with companies with similar client needs, networking within trade organizations, and sponsoring and participating in events that create awareness of Cadence Group and our services.)
• Experience selling Managed Services
• Maintain ACT! 6.0 contact database.
• Prepare and execute on-site sales presentations.
• Conduct needs analysis meetings and write proposals corresponding to those needs.

This position also requires PC proficiency, specifically with spreadsheets, word processing, e-mail, PowerPoint, and ACT!, and excellent time management skills. Must be able to work in a team atmosphere, and should have a very proactive, self-driven nature. The ideal candidate will listen to clients’ needs and understand the importance of developing long-term relationships by building trust and credibility. Candidate must also have excellent analytical abilities as well as very strong written and verbal communication skills.
