The Compliance Help Desk is supported by a team of certified records managers and archivists.  Our help desk staff is available to walk you through next steps or answer important questions during the implementation phase of the RIM Program for a fraction of the cost of a full-time employee.  Services offered through the Compliance Help Desk include:

  • Next Steps Consulting for RIM Program
  • Weekly or Monthly meetings with Certified Records Manager Consultants
  • Phone support (Monday—Friday)
  • Online collaboration site with chat support and as requested: policies, guidelines, e-learning modules, and class schedules
  • Staff training
  • Organization of electronic records
  • Support clean-up and destruction of physical and electronic records
